Known for the Budweiser Beer commercials, Clydesdale horses are mammoth creatures that possess unique beauty. The renowned Budweiser Clydesdales marched down Western Avenue in downtown Muskegon Thursday, on Nov. 11 for a Veterans Day celebration.
Hampton Green Farm was proud to welcome the Budweiser Clydesdales that week. These gentle giants were the perfect guests and we were very honored to have them at home.
Horses chosen for the Budweiser Clydesdale hitch must be at least three years of age, stand approximately 18 hands — or six feet — at the shoulder, weigh an average of 2,000 pounds, bay in color, have four white legs, and a blaze of white on the face and black mane and tail.
