The USPRE Annual PRE Party was pure magic! Close to 700 people came out to the Global Dressage Festival Pavilion on Wednesday evening, February 13, for a Spanish celebration of food, music, Flamenco and equitation in the highest Spanish tradition. Spanish Olympians Juan Manuel Munoz and Daniel Martin Dockx demonstrated why they are the sport world's best ambassadors of the PRE horse as they exhibited their top training techniques with two brothers of their own Olympic mounts. Robert Dover taught Australian rider Nicholas Fyffe on Robert's Fiero, a coming 5 year old PRE stallion showing particular talent for the Grand Prix movements, even at his young age. Janne Rumbaugh on her own Afilado led the students of Lendon Gray in a schooling session, and Maria Lithander provided translation services during the exhibition.
The stars were out in force in the audience as well, as Wellington's top riders, trainers and international judges came to enjoy the evening and show their appreciation for the PRE horse and the work of USPRE. Press coverage provided by the Sun Sentinel and TopIberian.com.

Chef Frederic and his team put out another Spanish spread that delighted all in attendance, and it seemed like the food never stopped coming out of the kitchen. And Maria Guimon put the sparkle into the evening with her enchanting troupe of Flamenco dancers, courtesy of New Horizons Elementary School.[nbsp]

A fantasy evening for PRE lovers... Thanks to all who helped out!
